Canva is a very user friendly graphics application that you can use to make your own graphics or place your information such as logo and website address on a generic graphic that has already been designed for you.
The below tutorial video gives you instructions on how to place information on a pre-designed graphic. You'll first need to go to www.canva.com and create a free account.
